Each campaign you create (like "Q2 Product Launch" or "Summer Promo") counts as one canvas. Within a canvas you can have unlimited audiences, stages, and touchpoints — the limit is on the number of separate campaigns.

On the Starter plan, you can share canvases with anyone via a link with edit and comment access. On Business, you get full team workspaces — invite members, manage permissions, and work on campaigns together in real time.

Templates are pre-built campaign strategies — like "B2B SaaS Launch" or "Newsletter Growth" — with audiences, journey stages, and touchpoints already mapped. On Starter and Business plans you can start from a template and customise it. Business users can also save their own campaigns as templates.
