Bad refund policies feel like traps. You wonder if the company’s hoping you’ll forget or give up. That’s not how we work at Ekaav.
We built Ekaav to help SMBs increase visibility for their B2B events — and we want you to feel good about choosing us. So here’s our promise: if you’re ever unhappy with your Ekaav subscription for any reason, just email us at [email protected], and we’ll make things right.
Examples of full refunds we’ll gladly issue:
- You were just charged for the next month but meant to cancel — no worries, we’ll refund that.
- You stopped using Ekaav a couple of months ago and forgot to cancel — we’ll refund the inactive months.
- You tried Ekaav for a while but didn’t find it useful — let us know, and we’ll give your money back.
Examples of partial refunds or credits we’ll consider:
- You forgot to cancel over a long period but used Ekaav occasionally — we’ll review usage and offer a fair partial refund.
- You upgraded to a higher plan but didn’t use the extra features — we may apply a prorated credit toward future months.
- We had extended downtime or took too long to get back to you — we’ll apply a credit to your account.
